Stress is a problem that many people will experience regardless of age. Keeping the stress to yourself is not a very helpful solution. You should talk to someone you trust or seek help from counsellor when you are experiencing difficult stress problem.

Common reasons of people feeling stress

School problem

School problem is one of the most common reasons of people feeling stress. Some of the students who experience it couldn't sleep well and have difficulties learning in school or doing their school assignment.

Financial difficulties

Some were having trouble or worrying about their family or personal financial issues, income, budget, and spending. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of people worrying about financial issues had increased.

Family problem

Depends on the family situation. Some people experience stress due to family problems. It can be financial difficulties related reasons or someone in the family had passed away.

Effects of stress
